From February 25 to 27, the University of Minho hosts the II International Colloquium “Rethink Latin America”, organized in partnership with CONCILIARE. The event will take place at the Institute of Social Sciences and focus on the theme “Decoloniality, Interculturality and New Subjectivities”
The program features four roundtables, two of them with the participation of CONCILIARE members, as well as individual presentations and book launches.
The colloquium will be an opportunity for rich debates and dialogues on Latin America and its unfolding within European contexts.
This event is a partnership between the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) and the University of Minho, in cooperation with the CONCILIARE Project, the Association of Philosophy and Liberation (AFYL), the Center for Iberian and Ibero-American Studies (CEIIBA), the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS), and the Laboratory for Discourse Studies (LED).
