How does the academic community come together to fight racism?
On March 20, the Université Libre de Bruxelles hosted the event that offered multiple debates, academic interventions and artistic presentations focused on the importance of combating all forms of racial discrimination.
Our project members Yasmina Zian and Maria Babinska represented CONCILIARE in the stand dedicated to presenting the project to the participants, an opportunity to talk about its purposes, goals, and key results.
Yasmina also joined a round-table discussion, where she explored how racism permeates society through culture and the politics of remembrance in the public sphere. In another session, Maria presented her research on antisemitism, contributing valuable perspectives to the conversation.
