Call for Papers!
The 2nd International Colloquium “Rethink Latin America” will take place from February 25 to 27 at the University of Minho, in Braga (Portugal).
With the central theme “Decoloniality, Interculturality, and New Subjectivities,” the event aims to reflect on the diverse ways of existing, expressing, and resisting that emerge in response to the colonial-capitalist system.
The colloquium is a partnership between the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) and the University of Minho, in cooperation with the CONCILIARE project, the Association of Philosophy and Liberation (AFYL), the Center for Iberian and Ibero-American Studies (CEIIBA), the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS), and the Laboratory for Discourse Studies (LED).
The event will be broadcast online as well, and some presentations may be given remotely. Therefore, papers written in Portuguese, French, and Spanish are welcome.
